USAgencies Credit Union is getting ready to make some upgrades to the PC Branch home banking service and the Member Audio Response System (MARS) telephone service. Please make the necessary arrangements for your personal online and telephone needs in advance of this scheduled date. Thank you for your patience.

Neither system will be available from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 3 while we install and configure new equipment. Once the equipment is in place, we will begin testing the new systems. We anticipate placing the new equipment in service during the evening of June 6-7, which will again require us to take the systems off-line. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause, however we expect to deliver some enhanced functionality to you once the migration is complete, this includes:

• Increased speed and faster navigation when you use PC Branch
• Ability to keep PC Branch and MARS on-line during our nightly processing...we will no longer need to shut the systems down at 6 p.m. each evening
