Who can join?

Eligible Federal Employees, Retirees, and Spouses

If you are a federal employee working, living or stationed in Oregon, you and your family members are eligible to join. If you are a family member of a federal employee, regardless of whether your family member is a credit union member, you are eligible to join USACU. Credit union membership is a gift you can offer your family too. We'd be happy to send out a membership packet to your family member.

If you are an employer who holds a federal contract, your employees are eligible to join. Think of credit union membership as just one more useful benefit you can provide your employees at no cost to you! Just call us at 503-275-0300 or 800-452-0915 or email us at info@usacu.org.

• Civilian Employees of the Federal Government
• Employees of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco - Portland Branch
• Members of the Armed Forces of the United States located in Oregon
• Members of military reserve units meeting in Oregon, or who reside in Oregon
• Senators, Representatives, and their employees who work in Oregon
• Congressional appointees who work in federal agencies in Oregon
• Retired civilian employees of the federal government who reside in Oregon
• Retired members of the Armed Forces of the United States who reside in Oregon
• Employees of Agricultural, Business, Industrial, or Educational services under the supervision of a federal agency in Oregon
• Surviving spouses of military personnel who died while in active duty or as a result of a service connected illness or disability
• Surviving spouses of former credit union members
