Logging in for the first time

Before you start, make sure you have the following:

  • Your USACU member number
  • Your birthday and social security number
  • Access to your mobile device and/or email account

Register if you have NOT used Bill Pay since January 1, 2017

  • To register for online banking, click "Login" button on the upper corner of the page, then click "New User".
  • Fill out personal and contact information section.
  • Create your username – Username field will automatically check that entered username is available.
  • Create your password – Your password needs to be at least 6 characters long, and for security reasons, it must include alpha and numeric combinations plus a special character (ie: usacu1936!).
  • Review Terms & Conditions.
  • Click complete sign up button to finish the registration form.
  • Follow the instructions to confirm your contact information.

If you have used Bill Pay since January 1, 2017

  • Click “Login” button on the upper right corner of the page.
  • Your username is your Member Number.
  • Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number + birth year (e.g., If your social security number is 0000-00-4321 and you were born in 1936, then your temporary password is 43211936).
  • You will be prompted to set up your new Username and Password.
  • Follow the instructions to confirm your contact information.

  • Text Message Banking (454545) – Get the latest account balance and history information, transfer funds, receive weekly balance via text messages.

  • Live Chat – Securely chat with us within your online accounts during business hours. Available in Mobile Banking too!
  • Mobile Web Banking – Full access to your account information, right from the palm of your hand! Securely view your account balances and transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, receive notifications, live chat, and more.
  • Money Management – Budgeting can be stressful, our new money management tool will make your life easier.
  • PopMoney is now available without having to sign up for bill pay. Splitting bills has never been easier!

What Stays the Same?

  • Bill Pay – Your bill payees, payment history, schedule and recurring payments will be ready in the new system. 
  • eStatements – If you’re signed up for eStatements, you will still be able to view them in the new Online Banking.
